RV Delivery in San Antonio

Freedom Rentals offers delivery, so the RV can meet you where the trip happens instead of you driving it there.

Planning a delivery

Work these out when you book, and the RV arrives to a spot that is ready for it.

  1. Share the site and the dates

The address or campsite, arrival and departure days, and anything awkward about getting in: a gate, a tight turn, low branches.

  2. Ask what the drop-off includes

Whether it is set up on arrival, and who handles leveling and connecting it.

  3. Check power and water at your spot

Whether there are electric and water hookups, and how close they are to where the RV will sit.

  4. Ask how the rental ends

Whether the RV is collected or brought back, the day and time, and how the spot should be left.

What helps on your side

A delivery goes smoothly when the site is ready before the RV arrives.

  • Keep a level spot clear before it arrives
  • Know where the hookups are at the site
  • Check the venue or campground allows RVs on your dates
  • Have someone there to meet it

Hookups at the site

The connections at a campsite: electric, fresh water and often sewer. A site with all three is called full hookups. Without them, an RV runs on its own fresh water tank, holding tanks, battery and any generator it carries.

If your site has hookups, the water hookup and black tank videos show how they connect, and the setup guides walk through each step in writing.

Videos by Freedom Rentals. They play from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only when you press play.

All questions about renting
Does Freedom Rentals deliver RVs?

Yes. Delivery is available, so the RV can meet you at the site instead of you driving it there.

What should I share when I ask about delivery?

The address or campsite, your arrival and departure days, anything awkward about getting in, whether the spot has power and water hookups, and who will meet the RV.

Does the site need hookups?

Not always. An RV can run on its own fresh water tank, holding tanks, battery and any generator it carries, but hookups make a longer stay easier. Check what the site has before the dates are set.
